Duane Dube
Chairman
Duane is Chief Operating Officer and Director of Administration for Covenant Presbyterian Church and Foundation in Austin. He is a Certified Church Administrator. Previously, he served several years as Business Administrator of Austin’s Redeemer Lutheran Church and School. Duane received a BBA in finance and accounting from Texas State University and an MBA from St Edward’s University. He, his wife Traci, and their son Matthew, are longtime members of Redeemer.
Gregory Gunn
Vice Chairman
Greg is a senior professional with the Houston office of Deloitte Tax LLP, specializing in strategic compensation and benefits solutions. His clients include firms in the energy, healthcare, and technology manufacturing sectors. Greg earned a BBA in finance from Baylor University, an MS in accounting from University of Houston, and is a Certified Public Accountant. He has served on the boards of numerous nonprofit organizations. Greg and his wife, Ann, have two daughters and are members of Trinity Lutheran Church in downtown Houston.
Pixie Linebrink
Secretary
Pixie is a retired teacher and former small business owner. After earning education degrees from Concordia University Ann Arbor and Concordia University Chicago, she devoted herself to a teaching career in Lutheran schools. Pixie and her husband, Mike, have three children and eight grandchildren. Their entire family are members of Zion Lutheran Church in Walburg.
Scott Biar
Treasurer
Scott is retired from senior financial executive roles with oilfield services and private equity enterprises. He earned a BBA in accounting from Texas A&M University. Scott and his wife, Kelly, are members of St Mark Lutheran Church in Houston where he serves as president of the congregation’s board of directors. They have four children and two grandchildren.
Rev. David Doroh
David is a retired (emeritus) LCMS pastor. He earned a BA degree from Concordia Senior College, Fort Wayne, Indiana and a Master of Divinity from Concordia Seminary, St Louis, Missouri. During his ministry career, David served congregations in Alabama and Louisiana. David also served as a vice-president of Southern District LCMS and as board president for Southern District Lutheran Foundation. He and his wife, Dorie, reside in Florence, Alabama where they are members of Our Redeemer Lutheran Church. They have three children and eight grandchildren.
Scott House
Scott is Managing Director, Financial Advisor, and Family Wealth Director for The Scott House Wealth Management Group of Morgan Stanley, where he primarily advises business leaders and their families. He is a Certified Investment Management Analyst. Scott earned a BS degree from Texas A&M University, where he was a four-year member of the Corps of Cadets. Scott and his wife, Kim, have three children. They are members of Concordia Lutheran Church in San Antonio, where Scott has served in leadership roles such as elder and treasurer. He is a past board chair for Child Advocates of San Antonio.
Rev. David Jung
Dave is semi-retired from the ministry, where he served more than 30 years as Senior Pastor of Crown of Life Lutheran Church in Colleyville. Currently, he is the pastoral care and 60s+ minister at Light of the World Lutheran Church in Fort Worth. He earned a BA degree from Concordia University Chicago and a Master of Divinity from Concordia Theological Seminary, Fort Wayne, Indiana. Dave and his wife, Ann, have three children and seven grandchildren.
Fred Karle
Fred is retired from agribusiness sales and remains actively involved in citrus farming and investing. He earned a BS degree from Texas A&M University. Fred and his wife, Karen, reside in McAllen. They are members of St Paul Lutheran Church, where Fred has served the congregation as president and held other leadership roles.
Donna Ratke
Donna is a licensed hospital pharmacist and owner/co-owner of several small businesses. She earned two BS degrees, one in biology and chemistry from Texas Tech University and another in pharmacy from Southwestern Oklahoma State University. Donna volunteers for several organizations and served as her church’s organist for twenty-five years. She and her husband, Mike, are members of Hope Lutheran Church in Lubbock. They have three adult children.
