Dwight Munk
Chairman
Dwight is Vice President, Commercial Management for the Zachry Group of Companies, a large-scale construction and engineering services firm. He has held several positions within the Zachry organization and prior to that was with Harvard Investment Group, an investment bank. Dwight has over 30 years of diverse executive, sales, acquisitions, operations and engineering experience. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Southern California and a Master of Science degree from the California Institute of Technology. Dwight and his wife, Leigh, are members of Concordia Lutheran Church in San Antonio.
Duane Dube
Vice Chairman
Duane is Chief Operating Officer and Director of Administration for Covenant Presbyterian Church and Foundation in Austin. Previously, he served several years as Business Administrator of Austin’s Redeemer Lutheran Church and School. Duane received a BBA in finance and accounting from Texas State University and an MBA from St. Edward’s University. He, his wife Traci, and their son Matthew, are long-time members of Redeemer.
Jerry M. Kolander, Jr.
Secretary
Jerry is managing partner of McKleskey Harriger Brazill & Graf LLP, a law firm located in Lubbock. He received BA and JD degrees from Texas Tech University and is a member of the State Bar of Texas. His areas of practice include real estate, family law, estate planning, banking, and finance. Jerry has two children, six grandchildren, and is a member of Hope Lutheran Church.
L. Scott Biar
Treasurer
Scott is an experienced financial professional who has over twenty years in senior accounting and finance roles with private equity and publicly-traded oilfield services enterprises. He earned his BBA in Accounting from Texas A&M University and is a CPA license holder. Scott and his family are members of St. Mark Lutheran Church in Houston.
Gregory L. Gunn
Greg is a senior professional with Deloitte Tax LLP’s Houston office, specializing in strategic compensation and benefits solutions. His client base includes firms in the energy, healthcare, and technology manufacturing sectors. Greg received a BBA in Finance from Baylor University and an MS in Accounting from University of Houston. He serves on the board of several nonprofit organizations and has presented at numerous training programs and educational conferences. Greg and his wife, Ann, are members of Trinity Lutheran Church in downtown Houston.
Rev. David Jung
Rev. Jung is pastor emeritus of Crown of Life Lutheran Church in Colleyville, where he served as senior pastor for thirty years. He is a graduate of Concordia University Chicago and Concordia Theological Seminary. Dave and his wife, Ann, have three children and five grandchildren.
Fred Karle
Fred is retired from agribusiness sales and remains actively involved in citrus farming. He and his wife, Karen, reside in McAllen where they are members of St. Paul Lutheran Church.
Pixie Linebrink
Pixie is a retired educator and former family business owner. She earned her degree in Elementary Education from Concordia University Chicago and devoted herself to a teaching career in Lutheran schools. Pixie and her husband, Mike, are members of Zion Lutheran Church in Walburg. They have three grown children and eight grandchildren.
